Being in the grocery industry means even with all the planning and forecasting, sometimes weather will completely ruin a 2 page spread of a flyer. Working at Longo's taught me to be quick, flexible and adaptable to changes. Print deadlines did not move however, when products are not arriving on time or weather has destroyed a crop, you must move quickly. It was here that I also picked up a DSLR for the first time and did a few product shoots at the on-site photo studio. My biggest accomplishment was designing and art directing the catering brochure titled "entertaining made easy" as well as working on a few features for the experience magazine.
