Pregnancy and Infant Loss happens to 1 in 4 pregnancies and if often suffered in silence. The Pregnancy and Infant Loss Network, out of Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, aims to change the narrative and offer support to families who walk this painful path. Having gone through my own journey, I was brought on to re-design resources that give families information and resources on how to navigate their pain. The booklets were translated into 6 different languages and touched upon subjects such as Early Loss, Explaining the Loss to a Sibling and Medical Termination.
I also had the opportunity to expand the group's Facebook community by 40%, encouraging discussion and support. I also expanded digital reach beyond Toronto through structured storytelling and going live during events via social media.
